ABOUT AI SCREENCASTS
AI Screencasts is a screencast series about putting AI to work. Each episode shows one real task done with AI, start to finish, on the tools you already use. Most teams know they should be using AI. The hard part is getting everyone to actually do it, without a consultant or a training program that's stale by the time it ships. AI Screencasts is the fastest way in: watch one, do it, keep it, then hand it to your team. No theory, no fluff, just the work.
JASON STRAUGHAN
Founder · The hand on the keyboard
Jason spent the last couple of years moving more and more of his own recurring work to AI: email, reports, CRM upkeep, the whole pile of weekly admin. The notes on what actually worked grew into AI Screencasts: instead of telling people AI will save them time, show the work happening on screen.
Outside AI Screencasts, Jason runs a Vistage CEO peer group and advises through jdstraughan.com.
HOW WE PICK EPISODES
Three rules. We only record a task that
- is real work someone actually does, not a demo built for the camera
- can be shown end-to-end in one sitting, no editing magic
- saves meaningful time when you do it with AI instead of by hand
Anything proprietary (real customer names, real revenue numbers) is masked or replaced with a representative example before the cut goes live.
DISCLOSURES
AI Screencasts is independent. We're not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, Mux, or any of the SaaS tools the screencasts use. We pay for our own seats like you'll pay for yours.
Where an episode uses a paid third-party tool, the first 30 seconds of the screencast names the tool + tier so you can replicate it from scratch.
