What is AI Screencasts?+
Short, focused screencasts showing how AI saves you time on the work you do every week. Each one shows a real task done start to finish. No theory, no hype. New episodes every week.
Who is this for?+
Anyone whose week is full of work AI could be doing: email, reports, CRM updates, meeting follow-ups, content. If you keep meaning to "figure out AI" and haven’t yet, the episodes are the fastest way in.
How is this different from a YouTube tutorial or an AI course?+
Courses teach concepts. Each AI Screencasts episode shows one real task done with AI, start to finish, on the actual tools. You watch it, then do the same thing on your own work.
Do I need to write code?+
No. Everything runs in a browser on the SaaS tools you already use. If you can write an email, you can follow along.
What tools do you cover?+
Claude (chat, Desktop, Cowork, Skills, scheduled tasks), Notion, Gmail and Google Calendar, Outlook, HubSpot and Pipedrive, Apollo, and the rest of the sales and ops stack. Every episode says what it uses in the first 30 seconds, and the library filters by tool.
Which AI do you use in the screencasts?+
Most of the workflows are filmed on Claude Cowork, Anthropic's paid team subscription. A few episodes use ChatGPT Team, Gemini Business, or Cursor when the task calls for them. To run the same workflow yourself you'll need your own active paid subscription to whichever model the episode uses; the first 30 seconds always name the tool + tier. AI Screencasts isn't sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google; we pay for our own seats like you'll pay for yours.
BILLING
Is there a free trial?+
No trial. There’s a permanent free tier instead. Anyone can watch the free episodes, no account needed. If those aren’t useful, paid won’t be either.
How much does it cost?+
Free: $0, no card. Pro: $49/month or $499/year (15% less than paying monthly). Teams: per seat, from $39/seat/month, with volume discounts that drop as you add seats; priced live at /teams.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. One click from /account. You keep access through the end of the current paid period; we don’t back-charge.
Do you offer refunds?+
Annual plans refund in full within 14 days of the charge: no forms, no questions. Monthly isn’t refundable, but since cancel is instant and you keep the current period, there’s usually nothing to refund.
Can my team share one account?+
Technically yes. Practically no. Credential sharing wrecks your watch history, skews our episode roadmap, and violates the terms. A Team plan solves it properly: a seat each, volume-priced, set up in minutes. See /teams.
CONTENT AND CADENCE
How often do new episodes drop?+
New episodes every week. Newsletter subscribers get one email every Sunday with the week’s new episodes.
Can I request a topic?+
Yes. Pro members submit topic requests directly from /account. Every request gets read; repeats jump the queue.
Do episodes come with chapters and transcripts?+
Yes. Every episode has timestamped chapters and a full transcript right on the page.
What happens to my progress if I cancel and come back?+
Your watch history is kept until you delete your account, so you pick up exactly where you left off no matter how long the break. Remove any episode from it on /account.
PRACTICAL
What browsers work?+
Any current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Arc, or Brave. Standard web APIs; nothing exotic.
Is there a mobile app?+
No. The site works on mobile browsers; phone or tablet is fine. A native app isn’t on the near-term roadmap while the web version covers the use case.
Can I watch offline?+
Not yet. Streaming only.
