Maybe you watched this track and you're thinking, I already pay for HubSpot. Am I supposed to throw it away now?
The answer is no. Keep it. If you have a CRM that works, the last thing I want is for you to migrate just for fun.
This video is the off-ramp, and it's short: how to plug the CRM you already own into Claude, so everything else I teach works for you too.
The only thing that mattered in this track wasn't Notion. It was the pattern. Talk to update records. Scan your inbox for missed relationships. Have a weekly job that flags what's going cold.
Notion is just the thing I use, because it's cheap and it's mine. You can use HubSpot, or Pipedrive, or Zoho. Fine. Claude connects to those too. And once it's connected, everything else works the same.
So if we go over to Customize, and I clicked on Dispatch in the back, I didn't mean to. Let's just go to Customize, and go down here to Connectors.
I have Notion connected, but we can connect whatever connector you need. If we come in here and look for HubSpot, there's the official HubSpot CRM connector. It's developed by HubSpot. It shows everything it uses, and all you do is click the Connect button and link it up.
The same thing's true for Pipedrive. If I could type Pipedrive right there. You want to go in and connect Pipedrive? It's there.
And once you connect it, everything else works the same. You say something like, "I just got off a call with the Acme deal. They want a bigger package, they want to spend an extra 20K. The next step is a demo on Thursday at 4 p.m. Update the lead in the CRM." And it can go update Pipedrive just as easily as it can Notion. It's just filling in a record. It's just a tool.
So again, think about this like working with an assistant, not learning a piece of software. That assistant can work inside Zoho, or Notion, or HubSpot, or Pipedrive just as easily as any other.
For you Notion people, you built the whole thing from nothing inside a free tool. For you CRM people, you just gave your existing machine the same exact brain we built. And either way, you're in the same place.
That's great, because everything from here forward, every track and every skill, works whether your pipeline lives in Notion or HubSpot. It's less about the apps. It's more about just getting things done.
So if you skipped the middle of this track because you already have a CRM, you might want to go back and watch those two or three videos anyway. Your inbox knows your customers. Your CRM might have forgotten them. Those lessons pay for the subscription by themselves, I think.
So stick around. The next track is going to be amazing. And I look forward to hearing how you're using your CRM to close more business, win more deals, and spend less time in front of your screen.
See you there.
If you watched this track on HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho and wondered whether you're supposed to migrate everything into Notion: no. Keep what you have. Migrating a working CRM for fun is a bad trade.
This is the short off-ramp. Open Customize, go to Connectors, search for your CRM, and click Connect. HubSpot's connector is built by HubSpot and lists everything it touches before you approve it. Pipedrive and Zoho are the same story.
Once it's connected, every pattern from this track works unchanged. The same post-call voice note ("just got off with Acme, they want a bigger package, extra 20K, demo Thursday at 4, update the lead") updates Pipedrive exactly the way it updated Notion. The inbox scan, the going-cold flags, the weekly reconciler: all of it points at your CRM instead.
The point Jason keeps coming back to: none of this was ever about Notion. It's about describing a job to an assistant and letting the assistant work in whatever tool you already have. Notion is what he uses because it's cheap and it's his.
One recommendation before you go. If you skipped the middle of the track because you already own a CRM, go back and watch the sent-mail episode. Your inbox knows customers your CRM has forgotten, and that lesson pays for itself.
