In some of the upcoming videos, I'm going to be walking you through the UI, and it's changed a little bit. But that's really the only change.
As you can see, it says Chat and Cowork have a new home. Your chats and tasks lists are all together now, and you can swap between them here. So I just want to walk through that really quickly.
In some of the videos coming up, it's going to say Chat, Cowork, and then Code. We're not going to spend any time in Code in the videos in this track. We may in future videos and future lessons, but for now, we're not.
Where I'm showing you the difference between Chat and Cowork, it will not be up here anymore. This is now Home. It'll be in the chat box, and we'll switch between Chat and Cowork right here. That's how we'll make that distinction.
Everything else in the videos you're about to see is the same. This is the only major change, and it's not anything big. The rest of it all works the same way. We just had a little change to the user interface, and it moved Chat and Cowork down here instead of up here. So anytime you see me going up here to switch between Chat and Cowork, you'll just do it here moving forward.
If you watch the episodes in this track and the screen doesn't quite match what's in front of you, this is why. The interface moved Chat and Cowork out of the top navigation and into the chat box itself. Home now sits where they used to be, and your chats and tasks lists live together in one place you can swap between.
Jason walks through the change in about a minute: where the switch used to be, where it is now, and what to do when you see him reach for the old spot in an older recording. You'll also see a third option, Code, which we're not touching in this track. It may show up in future lessons.
Nothing else changed. Same workflows, same steps, same results. One button moved.
