Adding Calendar and Daily Briefings to Notion

In this track we will extend our email triage system with daily calendar updates. We will also introduce connectors to Microsoft 365, expanding our abilities and maximizing the daily brief. We will end the track by creating a robust, one-page daily briefing that combines our emails, calendars, and other data into one report.

  1. Connect Claude to Your Google CalendarConnect Google Calendar to Claude in about two minutes, every click shown live. Then two prompts prove it works: one lists tomorrow's meetings, the other catches a double booking your calendar app never mentioned.
  2. Claude for Outlook Users: Connecting Microsoft 365 ProMicrosoft users, this is your path. Jason connects Claude to his real Vistage 365 account, shows how to get past the "need admin approval" wall in one click, and proves it works by finding a Thursday double booking across two calendars.
  3. Don't Build, Describe: Adding Calendar Triage to Notion ProJason extends the email triage system to his calendar. One plain-English prompt, and Claude builds a Calendar Triage database in Notion, then fills it with the next three days of events, prep notes included.
  4. Put Your Calendar Triage on Autopilot with Claude Cowork ProThe calendar triage works, but you're still the trigger. In this episode, Jason schedules it to run automatically every morning, staggers it against the email triage, and verifies the runs. Two reports now land in Notion daily, setting up the payoff episode: your entire morning on one page.
  5. Build Your First Daily Briefing: One Report for Your Whole Day ProThe email and calendar tracks finally converge. Build a third scheduled task that reads your triage reports in Notion and writes a single daily briefing, done before you wake up.
  6. Five Lessons From Building Your Daily BriefingThe daily briefing track wraps with the five lessons that matter and the reusable pattern behind them: build a tracker, let Claude fill it, put it on a clock, synthesize across trackers. Next stop: your sales pipeline.
